Home / Studio

A studio built on restraint.

Vasora Spaces designs homes and offices for people who would rather have fewer, better things.

Most interiors are overloaded: too many materials, too much decoration, too little storage. We start from the opposite end. We plan circulation and storage first, choose a short palette of honest materials, and let light do the rest.

The result is calmer, easier to live in, and does not date. It also costs less to maintain, because there is less to go wrong.

How we work

A small team, a limited number of projects at a time, and the same people from first sketch to handover. We would rather turn down a project than deliver a rushed one.

Principal Architect

Faisal Khan

Faisal Khan leads Vasora Spaces and personally oversees every project, from the first sketch to the day you receive the keys.

Every plan, material selection and site decision passes through him. It is why Vasora takes on a limited number of projects at a time, and why each client deals with one accountable person rather than a chain of intermediaries.

Principles

I

Storage first

If a room has nowhere to put things, it will never look calm. We plan storage before furniture.

II

Material honesty

Stone, timber, metal and fabric chosen for how they age, not how they photograph on day one.

III

Light as a material

Layered, warm and mostly hidden. Lighting is designed with the ceiling, not added after it.

IV

Accountable execution

Drawings, a schedule and weekly reports. If something is not right, you hear it from us first.
