Turnkey questions
What is included in a turnkey project?
Design, working drawings, civil and services changes, all joinery, stone, finishes, lighting, loose furniture, soft furnishings, art and styling, plus site management and a handover dossier.
Who manages the contractors?
We do. Every trade reports to our site team, so you deal with one studio rather than coordinating vendors.
How are payments handled?
Payments are staged against design approval, production and installation milestones, and written into your scope document before work begins.
Can we change something during the project?
Yes. Any change is quoted in writing, with its effect on cost and schedule, before we proceed.
What happens after handover?
You receive a dossier of drawings, warranties and care guides, and we schedule a follow-up visit after you move in to close any remaining items.
